We are currently hiring a Field Technician. The position requires daily travel to customer's locations. Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience, clean driver’s license and outstanding customer service and communication skills.

The person to fill this position must be able to install, troubleshoot and support Windows / Mac based infrastructures and requires knowledge in the following areas:
- Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 / 2010

- Active Directory & Group Policy Managment
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 / 2007
- Server Hardware Repair and Replacement
- Hardware / Software RAID
- Desktop Support
- Point to Point and Client VPN
- Network Security
- Network Wiring
- VOIP  (ie. Vonage, Packet 8)
- Wireless hardware configuration and installation
- Quickbooks
- Apple Mac OSX Snow Leopard
- Virus / Spyware Removal
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills
