Q: How long does it take to repair my computer?

A: While we strive for a 24-48 hour turn-around time, all computers and errors are different. Smaller errors can usually be taken care of the same day. Larger one take more time.

Q: Do you come out to my house or business to fix computer problems?

A: Yes! We will travel to any home or business within a 25 mile radius.

Q: Do you offer computer classes?

A: Unfortunately we do not, however we do offer 1-on-1 training sessions.

Q: I'm in another state. Can you still help me?

A: Yes, with our remote support software we can help you anywhere in the world.
